The Unit #1 Educational Foundation has recently received contributions in memory of Josh Cummings by Mr. & Mrs. Harry Haynes, of Carl Eaton by Jim and Nancy Micetich, of Delores Swanson by Rich and Randi McLuckie, of Edna Micetich by the Bob Miller Family, of June Wight by the Rob Marsaglia Family, of Marcus Marketti by Jan and Jerry Unger and Ron and Carol Mueller.
We've also recently recieved a Learning Leaf donation from the Baker Family (Doug Baker), the Kuzel Family (Joe and Adrian Kuzel), the Marketti Family (Dean & Debbie Marketti), and the Unit #1 School District in honor of their 2011 retirees.
Also, Matt Baskerville (Reeves Funeral Home) sponsored a senior scholarship and the George Sollitt Construction Company made a general donation at Christmas. We are most grateful for these donations.

Highlights |
| The Foundation annual fund-raising Golf Outing was held on September 14th at Morris Country Club. 140 golfers enjoyed breakfast, 18 holes under sunny skies, a delicious lunch followed by an auction, and announcement of prize & raffle winners. Our Outing sponsors responded enthusiastically this year, and we are fortunate to have such generous Partners. All profits go to benefit the Foundation Grant & Scholarship Programs.
